Reader comment on item: Arabian Sex Tourism
in response to reader comment: Arab Supremacist Racism: Islam's Dirty Secret Shame

I found your article to be very misleading to say to the least. I noticed your article did not take into account the following points:

1. Ibn Taymiyyah & Ibn Qayyim are deviants and only deviants follow their teachings such as the Taliban, Al-Qaieda, & The Wahhabis

2. Ibn Khaldun was a secular scholar and his comments in no way represent Islam or the beliefs of the whole muslim community.

3. The science of authenticating sayings Muhammad is a rigorous process so those who are not scholars would not know if false words were attributed to him.

4. It is true that slavery was deeply ingrained in Arab culture but Islam brought for the first time great rewards for the manumission of slaves.

5. Slavery while deeply reprehensible to our sensibilities, slavery it self is actually very old insitution practiced in almost every culture on earth and there is almost no more cruel an example found anywhere than British and American chattled slavery.

6. The equality spouting founding fathers of America owned slaves and did not outlaw slavery in the consitution in fact it called black people 3/5 of a human being.

7. There are accounts of people owning slaves in the Bible and the Catholic church issued 2 papal bulls(edicts) legalizing slavery of those they felt inferior. Some christians cite Genisis 9:27 as proof that black people deserve to be slaves.

8. Evolution or survival of the strongest has validated slavery and oppression for many people believing black people to be inferior to them. Evil men such as Hilter had evolutionary beliefs that caused him to exterminate Jews or Semites(half black/half white) or any other nonwhite.

We must be careful of indicting a whole world faith because of the actions or beliefs of a few and we must have full correct knowledge of something before we speak or how else would we call ourselves thoughtful ,civilized human beings.
