That you can find iron (also) in meteorites was known thousands of years before Mohamed. What would have been impressive here, for example, is some formula for optimizing the production of some stronger iron. So that Muslims would have invented, say, steel industry, by the 9th century.

Actually, it is not so exactly 40 days. This kind of affirmations is not helpful, hence Muslims did not develop modern medicine. The number of "joints" in the body cannot be declared so precisely, unless you defined what you are calling a "joint", and in a body of which age (because that number does change with age). Again, enough to impress simple minds, but nothing serviceable.
