Reader comment on item: Arguing over "Can Islam Be Reformed?"
in response to reader comment: When is an apostate to be killed

Submitted by Guardian of Deen (Canada), Oct 12, 2013 at 20:31

it is very clear to me and according to Prophet Hadiths

- never kill an apostate who does not boast his apostacy or rage war against muslims or declare new false Islamic laws, who spread lies and false description of the religion must be asked to repent and stop the attack on the religion.

Jami' Al-Tirmithi "The prophet said about the apostates as God said "If You (God) punish them, they are Your slaves, and if You forgive them, indeed You, only You are the Almighty, the All-Wise"

All what you brought are judgement law agaisnt those apostates who declare their enmity against Muslims and Islam, who make false accusations and make lies against ISlam, such as Dhimmi no more

Any person such as Salman Rushdi, who was a Muslim and then attacked Islam is rightly to be seeked for apostacy and boast lies agaisnt Islam

This is included in " fight those who fight you"
