Well, Christians are mostly dying in "Muslim" countries

Many "Muslim countries" were built on Christian land. One could even say almost all of them in the first century of Islam. And since then, there is less and less Christians in those regions. Because the Koran orders Muslims to wage war on them until they accept humiliation (9.29). Or convert, which they also did in great numbers.
