you are making a fool of yourself

Why would Muhammad recite something good about the children of Israel or what God said to them

unless it is really from God, and God wanted him to recite these words.

you know the enmity between The Prophet and the Jews, why would he say something good about their scriptures.

Besides whatever is written in the holy Quran passes to the Muslims too, so if God said "who ever kills a human being as if he killed humanity..." this is also for the Muslims to follow.

When Prophet Muhammad says "do not kill children, wome, old men, priest, Rabbis,do no kill animals, do not cut trees", then he is passing the command of God to the people
