The number 19 is indeed interesting

But it is far from being a miracle. The use of the number 19 in the Koran is partial, not complete or thorough. And the content of Othman's Koran itself is far from being ascertain. According to Shia, it is corrupted to the core. According to traditions, it is incomplete. According to the Koran itself, some verses have been forgotten. The use of the ALM letter is inconsistent.

The number 19 is enough to impress a simple mind (and of course any believer), and it might reveal some will at work behind some of its manifestations. But it is certainly not what an almighty God would have done to prove that a book is divine. It is just an intricate parlor trick.
