Dear Yasemin,
I'm so happy for your comment, but I never saying Turkey is perfect, is imperfect but is also the best one in area, if you read the Turkish history you ll never see any kind of revolution against Ottoman Sultans or any other local govt, so there wasn't any kind of priorities for freedoms for the common Turks, you as people must do something to change the situation there. Always in every countries there is a struggle between governments and the social society for rights and freedoms. Do you know why AKP win elections? Because the national parties and other Kamalist movements overwhelmed by corruption and political slogans, so AKP is not success but because others failed AKP appear success.
