While I can't call myself a great sympathizer with the Falastin Arab cause, it is true that one man's terrorist is another's freedom fighter. Think of treason in US law: it's difficult because a prosecution for treason would call into question the careers of Washington, Jefferson, Madison, etc. In international law, outlawing "terrorism" would call into question the foundings of most of the regimes on the planet, including not a few that are widely admired.

BTW, I think the PLO is made up of thugs, while the IRA should be sent to Hell--forget about Connaught.
