Reader comment on item: [Beslan Atrocity:] They're Terrorists - Not Activists

Calling attention to the euphemistic use of various terms other than terrorist was a useful article, one which I wish were more widely read than is likely. Would it be an error to add some additional, more specific adjective? Why not Muslim terrorists? How about Islamic fundamentalist terrorists? Is it only because a stated goal of the group that killed so many children in their school was to advance independence in Chechnia? Hardly. Independence movements seeking political change direct their efforts toward governments, not school children.
