He really is serious

Unfortunately he is serious. The likes of timmytanker and freud99 are the sorts who are dragging the West back towards medieval savagery under Sharia. Had the beheader been a Christian would they have been so eager to defend him? No way. They'd have denounced Christianity as barbaric, but because it's a Muslim, they defend it as 'being part of their culture', and through this, they're promoting this sort of barbarianism. They are in a way just as bad as the beheader themselves. Now that is where moral equivalence can be drawn - between the barbarians and those who defend the barbarians, because they are as bad as one another.

You say this is an act of cruelty and misogyny that is condemned by 99% of the non-Muslim educated world. Of course, amongst our nutty professors, that figure is closer to 5% who condemn that act of barbarity - the fruits of multiculturalism and political correctness amongst our wacademia.
