Most likely after years of abuse by this educated "moderate " muslim, this intelligent woman found out about the tolerant and decent ways of this predominantly christian culture and decided to jump ship.

Mrs Hassan was going to spill the beans during the divorce process. This guy already fathered 2 children from another woman. He did not harm the first wife. This is a first degree muder with premeditation. The method of death has a historical background: in 627 AD, the Jewish tribe of Qurayza was raided by Mohammed. Some 700 men were beheaded.. They were lined in rows of six and the slaughter continued even after darkness using torches for the viewing pleasure of the conqueror.
