I hope Bush has learned from Oslo

I may be badly paraphrasing but someone said that the definition of stupidity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results. If President Bush behaves like Rabin and Clinton he will prove his detractors right and become the 'stupid' President.

I hope he doesn't.
