In response to Phil Whittenberg, your statement sets up another black and white choice where we must either choose your solution or be wrong. It's that kind of stupidity that is bringing about the demise of Israel.
The Palestinian's are stupid too, but they are not in a position to affect change. If you were a Palestinian you would say that you are an oppressed people living under the yolk of Israel, who occasionally has thrown a bone but never expressed a real desire to help the Palestinian's achive equality.
You can't just 'move' the people. How absurd.
The Palestinians must be economically empowered. Instead of bombs, Israel (and the US) should be dropping leather sofas, digital cable tv, and Doritos snacks on their heads to turn them into a bunch of fat and lazy consumers just like here in the USA.
Build factories in the west bank and gaza. Set up banks there to provide home loans to the people who work at the factories. They will be too busy trying to pay off their mortgages to throw rocks.
Does this sound distasteful? If it does then your heart is filled with hatred and you should voluntarily remove yourself from offering solutions until you can be equitable.
If the petty reprisals continue then there will eventually be a grave marker with the inscription:
Israel
1948-200?
She never could learn...
