in response to reader comment: Freedom of speech

If we mock back people they call it racism

Because it is.

if we mock Jews they call it anti-semetism

Because it is.

If we mock women they call it gender discrimination

No, when you throw rape victims in prison, when you consider a woman's testimony to be worth 1/2 that of a man's, when you deny education and driver's licenses to women, when you sanction 60 year old men marrying 10 year old girls, not to mention blowing up girls' schools, yes, we call it gender discrimination.

if we attack religious sect, they call it Hate speech

No, when you arrest people and throw them in prison for the crime of being Christian; when you confiscate bibles; when you burn down churches like St. George's Church in Egypt, or St. Paul's Lutheran church in Pakistan; when the Sudanese government bulldozes Christian churches and confiscates Catholic schools in Khartoum; when you throw a little Christian girl with Down's syndrome into prison for blasphemy; when Muslims in Zanzibar burn down churches; when the government of Indonesia closes hundreds of churches, and Muslims then attack Christians who try to hold their services in an empty parking lot; when Muslims in Nigeria murder thousands of Christians and burn down hundreds of churches; when the grand mufti of Saudi Arabia declares that it is "necessary to destroy all churches in the region," we call it primitive, murderous and inexcusable. We don't call it hate speech.

But when you attack Islam and Muhammad, you say it is freedom of speech

When one immigrant to America makes some film none of us has seen or cares about, it's not an attack, and yes, freedom of speech means we actually might hear things we don't like or agree with. Christianity, by your standards, is "attacked" every day. But, no riots, no murders, no flags burned, no embassies besieged. Grown-ups can deal with insults to their faith and keep their faith, no problem.

What a joke

Your culture, devoid of grown-ups? Yes, what a joke. A very sick one.
