Dear No-More-Slaves,

Please; it is not Dhimmi who is displaying his total ignorance, it is actually you!

Christians nor Jews have never believed that the Old testament was written by Moses. Where did you get that from? To use a Dhimmi quote, "What a Disaster"!

Secondly, you obviously have failed to understand that both Judaism and Christianity have both gone through reformations, so the vast bulk of Christians do not believe the Old testament is the literal world of God, but written by men who were inspired by God. We actually have civil laws which prohibit some actions described in the Old Testaments.

Thats why we call them the OLD TESTAMENTS, we have moved on from 2000 years ago, we have tried to lift our standards. We have secular laws that state a womans testamony, is equal to a mans in court. We have laws that if an army who captures a town and kills every living thing, have committed a war crime. We have laws that make owning a slave illegal.

Now these laws were written by mere men, not Allah like the Quran claims. However what laws sound better? No slaves ??? Or you can have sex with female slaves? Well? which sounds more Godly?

A laws where a womans testimony is worth only half of that of a man? Or that men and women are equal before the law? What sounds fairer? What sounds more just?

As a Muslim you obviously cannot understand this, hence you probably still do not understand how silly your comments truly are. However most of the world has moved on, most of the world has evolved, and we now try and live by a higher yardstick than Mohammed ever could understand.

Maybe one day Islam will go through its reformation; we can only hope it is soon.

The are a small number of fundamentalist Christians who do believe the bible and the Old Testament is the literal word of God and maybe one of them may like to explain to you,how badly you have taken out of context the quotes you have used, but I assume you have read these quotes through Islamacists eyes.

Thankfully a large number of Muslims worldwide are able to pick the non violent teachings from the Quran, and live happy and peaceful lives.

Do you realise Slaves-No-More, that the country you live in was on of the first countries to make slavery illegal? yep, nearly 300 years ago Christians campagined to stop the trade in Great Britain.

Did you know that Saudi Arabia only made slavery illegal in 1963? And only did so after pressure from the West?

Islam is not an overall force of positive change, it is a repressive Political/Religous doctrine that is sadly out of step with current values of more developed societies.

Muslims have to decide what they want Islam and being a Muslim to mean, as the principles of Islam have no place as they stand in progressive civilisations. Muslims think they hold the moral high ground, compared to the West, it reminds me of the story of the Emperor who had no clothes.
