I have not said, "J'accuse. ...."; others might be more willing. What I do take exception to is the initial basis anyone takes that without credible authoritative scholarship from the ancients of the 1st century to give credence to the delusion of the Adversary' claim of corruption of the Holy Scriptures, somehow the words of Yeshua are not to be taken at His WORD; but many in abject arrogance, challenge His Word. The question: did any of His blood drip on you? Would you LET any of His blood drip on you?

I am guessing not, by the tone of your abject rejection of His truth. You say you do not mock; yet your tone and your words betray your thinking, the same thinking of those around the world tearing down non-Muslim artifacts and emblems of others in defiance and intolerance and are demanding implementation of shari'a as the solution to all of the world's problems. But Islam does have its own problem; they do not gain followers in love, but by exacting a toll by their intolerance towards non-Muslims; and more noticeably as of late, of apostate Muslims.

What is the true misconception: that of not taking Jesus Christ at His word and castigating believers in Jesus Christ for accepting His love, paid for by the blood of the cross and receiving justification and eternal life: and non-believers take the Adversary's side and say it is not so when it really is? Try to judge truly: who is deluding whom?

While there is the idea that Islam can be moderated, the fundamentalists of the interpretation of the Quran say such moderation is apostasy and is to be dealt with in unyielding terms. Jesus Christ says; a better salvation is available in love in His Word, in His Name. Islam seems to want to replace that and place a burden of submission on all: Christ offers an alternative:

"Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For My yoke is easy and My burden is light."

Yeshua HaMashiach, the Messiah, the Christ loves you; all of you; how hard is that to take. I mean really, how hard is that to take?
