What does mocking mean?

Reader comment on item: Mocking Muhammad Is Not Hate Speech
in response to reader comment: Freedom of speech

Dear Dr Pipes:

I have never seen an Islamist mocking anything or anybody. And no one will oppose them if they were to mock others. What is opposed is restriction on preaching of other religions by islamists (as in Saudi Arabia), restriction on driving by women (again in Saudi Arabia), mistreatment of women (as in Afghanistan), killing of muslims by muslims (as on Pakistani love-the-prophet day), beheading of other people (as that of Eugene Armstrong), wanton killing of the innocent (as in Israel Cafes and bus stands), misguidance of youth (as in suicide bombings), and large scale massacres (as in World Trade Center destruction).

Which of the above examples reads like "mocking" to Slayhy? It is said that if you speak a lie with enough conviction, it will pass for truth. Slayhy has followed exactly this dictum in his "freedom of speech" message.
