Dear Mr. Pipes:

In your recent article entitled "Hollywood Discovers Radical Islam", you state: "The war on terror has not been the subject of a single American feature film nor, so far as I know, is there one in the works."

There is "one in the works" and you know it. Or you should. I emailed you about "Ameristan" earlier this year. To refresh your memory, please visit http://ameristan.net and click on the "Script in PDF" link to read the script. The password to read the script is... password.

The feature film for theatrical release is in development now. We hope to fund this independently produced political action thriller before the end of the summer, with production to start in September, if all goes as planned I have a major distributor, whom I will not name now, which has expressed an interest in distributing it.

Ameristan is a novel and a motion picture political thriller premised on the unthinkable: The United States of America becomes a conservative Muslim state where Islamic Sharia is the law of the land. You still can't post the Ten Commandments in public schools, but Allah help you if you don't recite the Qur'an three times a day...
