Reader comment on item: Americans Wake Up to Islamism
in response to reader comment: Your words are now a cliche

Extremism and terrorism have nothing to do with religion alone. Conflict among different groups of people occur because of bigotry among different religious groups. This also happens among racial, ethnical, and other social groups.

No compulsion nor force is taught by any religion. All of them call for peace, tolerance, and coexistence. It is only to convey it. Everybody is free to not listen and or disobey any religion. And this not our affair to judge, but God. A group of people may feel that their religion is right and the others' are wrong. But remember that the other groups may also feel otherwise. The true thing is that we only feel sure it is true. However, the real truth belongs to God only. Whater you and I perceive about God, but you and I are created by the same God and belong, our God. Whoever (whatever his or her religion) provokes- let alone ignites- collapse of peace, tolerance, coexistence among groups of people actually betrays his or her own religion.
