In this center that is "one of places of moderate worship", they will indoctrinate their adherents a culture of pure, original Islam "the text of holy book (Koran) and Muhammad's strict teachings and violent (Hadith) which commanding violence and encourage to hatred toward those who do not follow the Islam, those who do not believe in Muhammad and in his traditions, specifically Jews and Christians."
In the places of moderate worship, they will indoctrinate their adherents the satanic verses that teach supremacy, hate and hostility, that satanic verses have played an key role in actual massacres and genocides and is still play an effective role in atrocities. This is not an Al-Qaeda principle or doctrine, it is pure Islam, it is the mainstream Islamic view in Allah's Message to humanity (Koran), so there is "NO ESCAPE" from the hatred verses and the violence toward Non-Muslims.

The Mosques generally are one of non-violent methods that use it the radical Islamists to impose sharia worldwide. the Muslims including moderates have made from their places of worship an nests helping breed the Islamic extremism and terrorists and to achieves their dirty schemes, although not all mosques are jihadis-but all jihadis came from mosques, via places of moderate worship they have gained many recruits from the poor Muslims and fanatics. Several of the muscle hijackers of 9/11 have been recruited through contacts at local universities and moderate mosques in Europe. So the Cordoba mosque is will be such as any other moderate mosque in the West (a suicide factory), it will be a haven of militant radical Islam and a place to breed hatred and inspires unspeakable acts of cruelty.

Islam will be a moderate religion when Islam stop persecution and discrimination against Non-Muslims, specifically "Christians and Jews". Islam will be a peaceful religion when all Muslims stop preaching scorn and hatred toward those who do not follow the Islam, those who do not believe in Muhammad and his traditions, and stop killing in the name of Allah, and stop remaining indifferent to the violence that is through reconsideration in interpretation of the Koran i.e "expunging a half of the Koran and ALL texts and Islamic teachings commanding the violent jihad and encourages to violence, hatred and scorn toward those who do not follow the Islam."
