I'm sorry I have to disagree with you Mr. Pipes. As long as a person follows the teachings in the Koran, I can not see how you can possibly call them a moderate. There are many people born into the Muslim faith who are good people, no doubt. This is an obvious fact. But they are secular Muslims (in name only), they do not believe in the spreading of this maniacal cult into any civilized modern society. Stoning, be-headings & 90% of Shariah law is an affront to all decent citizens. If you believe in the teachings of Mohammad, The Koran,Hadith or any other traditional Islamic doctrine...... You can not be called Moderate. Plain & Simple.
