Reader comment on item: Americans Wake Up to Islamism
in response to reader comment: stop emigration from middle east

It cannot swim backwards to get out of it and repair the mistakes of the past by its overly generous immigration standards. It has to swim forwards and find an opening at the end of the trawl. The despair felt by some is understandable. The only solution is braking the intake of Muslims by a finer filter and get rid of those who are a danger by the same filter. Some states have digested this fact and are already acting accordingly, like Denmark. Others are not able to think such thoughts as yet, neither in policy nor in action, like the UK and France. It will come very slowly.

As to the Muslims themselves they have to understand that living in their own territories and enhancing them is the best solution for both parties.
