Reader comment on item: How to Turn Gaza Over to Egypt
in response to reader comment: trans-parere, and my ethnocentric myopia

You're not Jewish but you wouldn't mind being? You'd like to be Jewish BUT WHAT? First they would have to recognize Jesus as the Messiah? The one and only true God? All others being false prophets? You're no different than the others my friend. You hold your mythology out in front of you first like a bouquet of spring flowers and next like a sword. You're all over this site proclaiming your side against the other. Especially demonizing Islam and all Moslems. Christianity, Judaism and Islam are all one and the same spawned from the same tribal infighting. All three claim descendants from Abraham.

Muhammad's genealogy is believed by the Moslems to directly descend from Ishmael, son of Abraham. Jew, Judaeo-Christian, and Moslem all fighting for who's going to reign supreme in the game of the tribes of tribes. It wouldn't have been so bad if you all had kept to the Middle-East but, no you had to drag your infection, your hatreds and prejudices, where ever you went, as you went. Now the whole world must endure the suffering brought upon it by your false sense of superiority and petty hatreds. Whole countries are now poised to strike at their neighbours all in the name of mythology. You people should be mortally ashamed of yourselves for bringing the world to this abyss.

The trouble is you're not... you're actually proud. There will be no peace in this world until religion is made private, taken from the public eye and public expression. I am heartily disappointed in my fellow man that in this the 21st century of our recorded history there are those still stamping their little feet, harping at the rest of us that theirs is the true God that all must revere. It isn't disappointing. It's pathetic. And needs to be brought to an end by reasonable people who haven't been fatally overwhelmed by myth and religious dogma.
