Dear Prof Pipes,
Please accept my belated congratulation on your Recess-Appointment to the USIP. Hope regular appointment will follow.
While respecting your mantra " Militant Islam is the problem and Moderate Islam is the solution", I wonder what prevents the Moderate Muslims to assert themselves and expose and isolate their militant counterparts. India is a victim of Islamic militancy and Pakistan has become the terrorists' centre of the world notwithstanding Gen. Musharraf's protestations.
