Congratulations Dr. Pipes in your appointment and superior service to the USIP Board.

America needs qualified people like you to advise and guide us in this troubled time.

And don't fret about the irresponsible Senator Ted Kennedy's obstruction campaign to your appointment...he's only interested in his agenda....and truly not "what's best for America"! Good luck!
