...Your balanced approach and deep insights into militant Islam were wakeup calls to those of us in your NJ audience.

I am very pleased at your appointment by President Bush and certainly agree you were maligned unfairly by those such as Sen. Kennedy pandering to those in the Islamic community who were trashing you for speaking the truth and for your deep understanding that many in the militant camp have taken over Islamic institutions.

At one point, I was involved in a Muslim/Christian/Jewish Insitute for understanding nominally headed by Rabbi Bruce Cole- but quickly discerned that the agenda was not understanding, but Israel bashing!

May you have many opportunities to present your clear views and help defend our great country!
