Giving the power of ruling in the name of election to the masses may be the merit!!

But especially in underdeveloped society,becauseof Democracy as Plato pointed out even the dogs and pigs will claim the freedom and hence the chaos..

Inventing a good leader is a great challenge in Democracy,hence good governance is always a mirage in the third world countries when they practice Democracy......
