An old Jewish SayingReader comment on item: Assessing Obama's Cairo Speech Submitted by K.H. Ahmed (United States), Jun 5, 2009 at 09:35 To paraphrase a an old Jewish saying one death is like the death of all of us - the two are in their own way comparable - historically we ignore the genocide of Cambodia and the genocides of Africa - are they not as important or is the difference that the holocaust was done by a nation of the west. At some point we have to get past historical events - your father, my father arguments. With a name like Solomon I know your capacity for wisdom must exceed only seeing the world through a comparative history.
