What Should Americans Do to Ensure Bribing is Stopped

Has United States taken any steps to stop bribing. What can Americans do to ensure that there are no more bribes from Islamists?

I request Dr. Pipes/MEMRI to come up with concrete strategies to acheive our anti-bribery goals.
