May be our leaders should remember - "what is good for the goose..."

Reader comment on item: America's Crash Course on Islam
in response to reader comment: AN OFFER OF PEACE TO OSAMA BIN LADEN

Geno M., you concluded;"In the spirit of fair play I would propose that we offer Islam, all of Islam a truce. Taking a cue from Osama Bin Laden, I say we give the Muslim world a chance to accept conversion to Christianity and/or Judaism. If they don't accept that option, then let's give them a chance to become second class citizens. They can pay us a tax for the privilege of sharing the planet with us. And just cause we're nice guys, we'll even let them use their own word to describe themselves "dhimmis". If they're unwilling to accept these two reasonable offers, then maybe we remodel Mecca and Medina in the same way they remodeled our World Trade Center six years ago today. Let them pray facing a smoking hole in the ground and see how much they like that. I say, "what's good for the goose"...."

Thanks Geno for your comments.

Your offer to OBL and Muslims to convert to other religions or become a dhimmi and pay jijya to us sounds fair to me!!! Let's see if they accept it. Nah, not a chance!!!!

The opportunity for making this offer to Muslims and remodeling Mecca and Medina was given to us right after 9/11 which our leaders missed but no problem, Muslims will provide the opportunity again to us which in any case should not be missed.

You are right, "what is good for the goose..."
