Reader comment on item: America's Crash Course on Islam
in response to reader comment: "Islam is an irredeemable death cult"

As Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn wrote (in so many words) that in the worst person, there is a tiny bridgehood of good, I propose the following. Take the Muslim attribute of treating the Virgin Mary with respect, and take a different route than the one it has been on for 1400 years. Others have travelled that route, and it is known as the Christian faith tradition. For even though C.S. Lewis identifies different standards of reality in the essay "The Way" (which is part of his book "The Abolition of Man") - frankly the most advanced form of determining what is in bounds and what is out of bounds is found in what started to be exported from Jerusalem circa 33 A.D. (and it is in this that we find the original expression of the Christian faith tradition, and holding the Virgin mary with the utmost respect, but she isn't worshipped).
