Nice try, Joe Christian

Reader comment on item: America's Crash Course on Islam
in response to reader comment: Hatred only brings hatred

Personally, Joe, I hate evil. I hate books that call over a billion people on this planet to wage jihad against "unbeliever." I don't think that makes me less of a Christian, for God Himself hates evil. We were warned to beware of the false prophet, and Muslims are shoving that false prophet violently down our throats and unless we hate it and fight it it will devour us.

Beware, my friend. Your analogy comparing hatred of Islam to hatred of opposing soccer teams is one of the most foolish I've ever read . And get this straight: Muslims don't hate you and hate Christians and minorities (in Muslim countries) "because of poverty"; they hate you and me and Jews and Hindus and Buddhists because we're infidels and their holy book of hate tells them to hate us, and even to kill us. Osama bin Laden is/was a millionaire.

The nineteen Saudis who killed 3000 Americans were college grads and doing just fine. The doctors from London and Scotland weren't poor. The clerics around the world preaching hate and death to infidels are living well off Euro welfare money and Saudi contributions. The Madrid team and the London team and the Bali team weren't financially stricken. Most jihadis are well off enough to travel to Pakistan for training or supply themselves with the material to blow us to smitherines, if not well educated and financially comfortable.

The poverty thing is a myth that Islamic apologists like yourself think they can blow by us without being challenged on the facts. Wake up, Joe - you're on the path to dhimmihood.
