The Moderate Muslim Dichotomy memo by Mike Rameriz 11/23/03

Reader comment on item: [Moderate] Voices of Islam
in response to reader comment: The "Moderate Muslim" Dichotomy

Are the statements made in Mr. Rameriz's memo accurate?

As a Catholic, we were taught that our religion is the one true one but it is not necessary to convert all to our way of thinking nor hate all of other faiths.

Is Islam really that extreme that there is only room for one (their) way of being? If so, we will always be forced to defend our ways of life & freedom in the West.

I hope & pray that there really are moderate muslims.

Sincerely,

Jeff Missonellie 6-9-06
