in response to reader comment: Hamid Mahmood And Momin

Dear Alam,

A true muslim who follows Quran and Hadits (Instructions of Muhammad PBUH) in letter and spirit is called momin. You dont believe in both and write against them------yet you call yourself a 'momin'. A true muslim does not claim to be a momin himself but says I am trying to follow Islam may Allah help me in doing that. It is difficult to be a momin as a momin is almost a perfact humanbeing.

At many places in Quran Allah has ordered muslims to follow Him and Muhammad(PBUH). The minute details for performing religious obligations like prayers, Hajj, Fasting,Zakat etc were provided by Muhammad (PBUH)--------WHAT TYPE OF MOMIN are you? You dont know this basic concept about Islam. Muhammad(PBUH) taught all aspects of Islam to muslims and they were recorded by muslims and are available to them in the form of Hadits.

You said muslim scholars are misleading muslims and hidding facts about Islam, in response to that I had said that should we start following your baseless theories about Islam and stop listening to Dr Israr and Dr Zakir Naik.

One cant be muslim if he believe that all religions have same status. Quran is the final message of Allah for human beings and Muhammad (PBUM) is the last Prophet until this world will finish. Yes I do believe that in general all religions preach good things but many things have been changed in those religions and they no longer fulfill the requirement of modern time.

We muslims have to believe in all the prophets and books sent by Allah, hence I believe that original Bible was message of Allah, but original Bible is no more available. Moreover, after revelation of the final book i.e Quran there is no requirement to read books of other religions. I invite readers to read about Islam in comparasion to other religions on www.islamfact.com .

Allah had sent about 125000 propherts and various books for the man kind from time to time. The portions of the Vedas which match Quran, we muslims have no objections that those portions in Vedas might be message of Allah sent earlier. I totally agree with the research Dr Zakir has done and proved that Vedas contain clear indications of Muhammad(PBUH). In the same way the portions of Bible which match with Quran, we muslims have no objections in accepting them as word of Allah but we can not believe in complete Bible of today which is not one but many, moreover the original Bible was for that time and for people of that time and with the revelation of Quran previous books are no more effective. Quran is the final message of Allah to the human beings.

May Allah have mercy on you and show you the right path.

Regards,

Hamid
