This statement did not reflect the action taken by Muhammad about 1,400 yearts ago.If one cares to look at the letters sent by Muhammad to the neighbouring countries such as egypt, iran ,bahrain a few other countries one would notice that the content of the letters contains nothing but threat and intimidation. I think Mr Mahmud should look at the content of the letters objectively. The spread of islam in the arabic countries was througfh war and aggression.I Even ALLAH the most merciful also threatened the poor soul will the hell fire for failure to follow islam. If this is not an intimidation then what is?
