"In the name of Allah, most Gracious, most Compassionate". No compulsion in religion. With which sword was Islam spread? Even if Muslims had it they could not use it to spread Islam because the Qur'an says in the following verse: "Let there be no compulsion in religion: Truth stands out clear from error" [Al-Qur'an 2:256] Non-Muslims not forcibly converted to Islam in great conquest of Umar ibn al-Khattab the second Muslim caliphs. Read book THE 100 2nd Edition's Page 256: This book has been written by a CHRISTIAN "Michael Hart" (Professor of Electronic Text and Executive Director of Project Gutenberg). ...
