I have a good friend who was an English Professor at one of the
US News "Top 25" universities. She took early retirement because,
as she told me, "all my colleagues are Marxists." She said that the
choice of textbooks and discussions in class were geared to promote
the Marxist philosophy. She was bewildered when the Chinese
students came to her and said that the reason they left China was
because of the Marxist/Communist indoctrination and why did they
have to put up with it here? She had no answer.
