Pipes has backbone

Reader comment on item: Profs Who Hate America

Submitted by Saul Cooperman (United States), Nov 12, 2002 at 18:27

I have been reading your articles and commentary for the past two years. I am impressed with your research but even more with your guts. I have met many people who often say "something ought to be said to counter x,y, or z" but they never take a stand themselves. In contrast, you take a stand consistently. 'Backbone" is an underrated trait, and you have it in abundance. Keep up your great work. You have people who depend on your insights.
