Professors and the Byzantine empire

Reader comment on item: Profs Who Hate America

Submitted by Coulter, Tim (United States), Nov 28, 2002 at 00:08

The country and the rest of civilized society can learn from the failed efforts of the Byzantine Empire. Throw the bums out, or imprison these radical excuseniks for the Islam-o-facists. The Byzantines waited until the empire was too weak to combat the Islamic spies. They didn't take this action until just a few years before the murderous hordes raped and plundered Antioc now Istanbul. Their families and heritage were destroyed by their Islam-o-facists' version of the 7th & 8th century.

I fear we are witnessing the replay of history. A history these Isam-o-facists have attempted to revise and detroy the truth. Byzantine Academia was instrumental in perverting and obfiscating the true purpose of these Muslim hordes. The balance of the Roman Empire was overrun as Islam scorched the earth eastward. Because these educators filled their students' minds with false ideas.... Probably ideas that the Romans' civilization was evil and Islam was a religion of PEACE.

Yes, "Islam is PEACE" they teach, America is evil while there is absolutely every evidence in history to the contrary.

We now have the political correctness police for everything under the sun. Where is Joe McCarthy when we truly need him?
