Al-Masjid Al-Aqsa is definitely in Al-Quds (Jerusalem) as confirmed by Prophet Muhammad and his companions

It is the location where the second place of God worship on Earth after Kabah in Makkah

It is the same what the Jews call Temple of Solomon, but it is not a temple of Solomon it is a Masjid for God's worship first built After Kabah

So the Temple = Al-Aqsa Masjid no difference

There was 40 years between the construction of the Kabah by the angels before the creation of Adam and the building of Al-Aqsa Masjid

Solomono rebuilt the Aqsa Masjid after its destruction - that is all he did
