Our dear CLC is back

>What Tabari writes, I blow my a**

The text of his exegesis is in Arabic and no googletranslate is really bad when it comes to translating middle Arabic. You did not read it! Why? Because you cannot read Arabic texts. Why do you lie?

>SEEING ISLAM AS OTHERS SAW IT by ROBERT G. HOYLAND, page 622, about The Byzantine-Arab Chronicle of 741

Your bad luck is I have a copy of Hoyland survey and by the way you are messy. How can I prove it? I'm reading in page 623 or the opposite page, and it has an entry number "35: Justinian returned to Constantinople aided by a powerful force of Khazar etc.... " Now you believe me now?

>'Abd ai (sic) -Malik achieved the apex of royal power and ruled for 20 years. In the first year of his reign, applying all his experience and the courage of his mind against 'Abd Allah, whom his father had attacked many times in various battles, [he came] finally to Mecca, the home of Abraham as they think, which lies between Ur of
the Chaldees and the city of f:larran (sic) (Carras) in the desert.

Mr genius, if you check a Biblical map you will find that Ur of the "Chaldees" was located in Southern Mesopotamia and Harran was way up in Upper Mesopotamia which means that the "Mecca" mentioned in the text cannot be the same one in today's al-Hijaz! And how do you know that there was no other "Mecca" as mentioned in the text? Do you get it?

>So, in 741, the place of Mekka (sic) was unknown.

Not true. The Chronicle tells us about a "Mecca" that was located in Mesopotamia, that was located between Ur of the "Chaldees" in Lower Mesopotamia and Harran in Upper Mesopotamia. It silent about the Mecca of the Islamic historical tradition. Do you get it?

. Do not make things up

> Bakka means Jerusalem

Explain to us Mr genius. how did you jump from Mecca in Mesopotamia to "Bakka means Jerusalem"? I can assure you that if you write this nonsense in a class of History 101 you will flunk
