Sir,
Jerusalem is mentioned in the Quran, after its describtion (previous verses) in the chapter [95] verse 3:
And/by this city of peace وهذا البلد الامين

بلد الامين = city of peace/security = Jeru Salem

Nice try, but amin does not mean peace and, more importantly, Koran commentators and translators do not understand balad al-Amin referring to Jerusalem. To the extent they associate it with a city, that would be Mecca. For some examples of translations, see http://www.islamawakened.com/quran/95/3/.
