Remember after 9/11 or the 911 emergency call. President Bush was loud and clear when he stated that the countries of the world must take a stand; they are either for or against terrorism, but could not negotiate with terrorists. Then he stated, it was time for Israel to go and negotiate with the PLO. Simply not acceptable, Mr. President. Either one is for or against, there can be no negotiations. It's a little problematic to negotiate with someone who is coming to kill you.
