Nationalizing Terrorism

Reader comment on item: Bush on Israel: Heartburn for All

Submitted by Arlinda DeAngelis (United States), Mar 4, 2003 at 09:09

There cannot be nor should there be a sovereign national homeland for terrorism.

No nation should be coerced into negotiations with a non-governmental organization. The Palestinians, a group of terrorists created by the Islamic Mid-East nations to wage constant war against Israel, should be sent to various Arab Islamic countries to end the Islamic terrorism against the liberal democratic state of Israel. By allowing immigration of the Palestinians, the Islamic countries of the Mid-East would demonstrate an ability to live with a liberal democratic nation.

The United States should view an attack on Israel as an attack on the United States because we have a vested interest in furthering democracy and Western values. In addition, Israel should be a member of NATO.

Unless the Palestinian myth is viewed as such, the threat and terror to Israel will persist. Israel is the last great democratic hope of the Middle East which is why imperial Islamic countries wish to annihiliate it.
