JORDAN IS THE PALESTINIAN STATE

Reader comment on item: Bush on Israel: Heartburn for All

The Israelis won the West Bank in 1967 when this country was attacked from all sides by the Arabs. The WEst Bank and all of Jerusalem belong to Israel. The Arabs occupy 99.9% of the Middle East. Israel is a small sliver of land. There was never a PA until Yasser Arafat, an Egyptian, decided to invent the PA as a cause so he could collect billions of dollars. The Palestinians were safely tucked away in Tunesia, until Shimon Peres, the Benedict Arnold of Israel, decided to bring the Palestinians back to the West Bank. King Hussein of Jordan fought the Palestinians and drove them out of his country.

However, Jordan is the Palestinian state. Palestinians are just another group of Arabs and belong in the Arab countries. The West Bank is not an Arab country. It is part of Israel. There is no two state solution. The Palestinians should be disbursed to other Arab countries.
