Excuse me, Lisa, but you need to learn your history. There are definitely winners in war, when a country actually decides to stand up and fight. Just take a look at WWII. WE WON!!! In the end, both Germany and Japan (the losers) ended up better off economically and politically. In addition, Europe saw the longest period of peace in its recorded history.

As for diplomacy, I say it is time to execute every diplomat on earth: slowly, painfully, and horribly to make examples out of them. They are the only group that has caused more suffering than lawyers or Islamofacists. DIPLOMATS HAVE BEEN THE CAUSE OF EVERY WAR IN THE LAST 100 YEARS! WWI was a war caused by diplomats, not armies! WWII was a war caused by diplomats, not armies! Vietnam was a war caused, and lost, by diplomats, not armies. Korea, Bosnia, Sudan, Iraq (1 and 2), the 50 year Arab agression against Israel, etc., etc., etc., are all wars that were caused by diplomats, not armies.

Diplomacy has had its day and proven itself to be a total failure. It's time to return to the tried and true: aggression is met with the most brutal retaliation possible so as to result in the total, absolute destruction of the aggressor. That's how you keep peace.
