I agree. I have always said that Saudi money which goes to al-Qaeda should instead go to the Palestinians. And why has the Kingdom refused to grant Palestinians citizenship, anyway. That said, the only Middle Eastern countries to grant citizenship to Palestinians en masse are Jordan and Israel. Saudi money could also easily go to the cause of Palestinian democracy...they deserve better than Hamas or Fatah. Then maybe everyone will stop blaming Israel for their plight. And Saudi money funds Hamas as well.

Again, though, I think everyone is sick of the lies and hypocrisy of Saudi princes. I wish that politicians would wake up and realize how dangerous it is to have our economy tied to the House of Saud. As for the sanctions, I agree as well. Problem is, we must attain independence from oil first (oil and religion are the two worst things ever discovered by mankind). Why not work for it...this way there will be no place for regimes like Saudi Arabia or Iran.
