Do You Really Believe This? That the Middle East Will Rein In Hezbollah? I Think Not!

Reader comment on item: Arabs Disavow Hizbullah

Daniel do you really believe this? Everything that I read and see point otherwise. Hezbollah is entrenched in the Lebanese culture. The government of Lebanon has advocated their power to this state within a state. The Muslim world in the Middle East says they hate terrorism but yet they back the legitimacy of the PLO and their terrorist operation against Israel. Even the Iraqi Prime Minister wouldn't come out publically in Washington DC yesterday and take back his criticism about Israel's aggression and publically voice his disapproval of Hezbollah's actions. I think that you are naive in thinking that the Middle East will police their own in this violence. The issues are too big and have festered too long.
