According to the latest polls and States House of Representatives, which voted 410-8 to support "Israel, American public overwhelmingly support the Jewish state against the common enemy. Would you ever come to this conclusions by looking at Google News? According to my observation, most web junkies, me including, get the latest news from Google. Hit "Search News" button and you got all the top stories from the most popular news agencies.

Google: "Google News has no human editors selecting stories or deciding which ones deserve top placement. Our headlines are selected by computer algorithms, based on factors including how often and on what sites a story appears online."

I do believe it, though something troubles me - why 90% of the times the top link (one which you are most likely to hit) is always a liberal and Israel-bushing one? (You should not take my word for it - try it). One answer comes to mind "Because it's at the top". The chicken and the egg story. Every time you open BBC site its rating goes up. Unless you specify a source, you are many times more likely to be force-fed liberal junk. I don't know what can be done about it, but I'm done with Google news. I have enough good bookmarks in my Firefox to keep me well-informed. "Thank you doctor, but no, thank you"
