The Rabbi you saw speaking is a member of a tiny religious sect called Neturei Karta. This tiny minority (estimated at less than 1,000) believes that Israel should not exist and that G-d wants Jews to wander the earth. They are rejected by Jews worldwide and do a lot of damage by meeting with Iran and other arch enemies of Israel. Unfortunately, because they are Jewish, many will take their rantings as representative of Jewish thought.

This Rabbi, and this tiny sect, in no way reflect the views of Jewish people of any religious practice. Rabbi Hier came on to explain this during the next show since there was such an outcry after he was seen.
